La Casona - Student housing center in Montevideo

In our student housing center we have two separate houses: La Casona de Palermo and Cordón. Both centers are exclusive for students, both from Uruguay and abroad.

We accommodate 16 students in each Casona; on single and shared rooms.

Located in Montevideo, in Cordón neighborhood and 4 blocks away one from the other, our houses are located in the area where we find most of the universities, near the Uruguayan Rambla and very close to public transportation and other facilities.

Our business has more than 7 years of experience in the field and every year we gladly receive a lot of students from Uruguay and the world. Our mission is: to provide comfort, quietness, an ideal environment for studying and personal development, based on respect, peaceful and harmonious cohabitation, mutual trust and solidarity.

La Casona de Cordón

• Founded: 2011
• Area: 380 m² (4090 ft²)
• Address: Durazno 1525 (Palermo)
• Rooms: : for 1 or 2 students (approx. 14 m² (150 ft²))
• Capacity: 16 students (12 rooms)
